Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) is a mixture of aliphatic hydrocarbons.

It is a source of clean, efficient, and versatile energy, extracted from natural gas deposits or obtained through crude oil processing during the refining process. LPG is a readily available and environmentally friendly fuel, highly flammable but non-toxic.

Thanks to its high calorific value, exceeding that of wood, coal, and diesel, its usage is quite diverse: it proves to be useful for domestic purposes as a valid alternative to natural gas, for industrial or agricultural uses, and also in autotraction (LPG vehicles).
